JUST BREATHE!!

Are you super stressed as a bride? If so, you just need to breathe and get some help. Whether it is a wedding planner like me or someone that is closest to you. If you are a believer in Jesus, then cast all your cares on Him and He will give you rest. Also, remember you don’t have to plan your wedding day all on your own; get some help and JUST BREATHE!!!

Two Becoming One

What does it mean when two people in love become one? When a man and woman are joined together in holy matrimony their hearts beat to the same rhythm, and their minds are in sync with each other. I’ve experienced this with my husband. We are almost always on the same page for a lot of things. Especially when it comes to big decisions. It’s amazing how God created our hearts and minds to work; especially when it comes to becoming husband and wife. As you go through the wedding planning process make sure you continue to ask each other questions about each. This will start preparing you to come together as husband and wife!

NEW YEAR, NEW BEGINNING!!

Happy New Year to all the Brides and Grooms out there! Remember that you as a couple are about to embark on the most wonderful adventure. It will be full of ups and downs, but as long as Jesus is in the middle of your engagement and marriage there is nothing that you can’t face together. I challenge you this year to list three important things you will work on together as husband and wife. That will help you grow closer together as a couple a closer to Jesus. Let this New Year be a New beginning for you both!

HOLD ON TO THE HOPE AND LOVE OF JESUS!

Sometimes we face uncertainty when it comes to finances or life in general. I know I have had my fair share of uncertainty. That’s why I always hold onto the hope and love of Jesus because it gets me through any situation. He can do the same for you as long as you trust him and have faith that he will see you through. When me and my husband got married all we could afford was a small church wedding. We even made our own decorations, flowers, and food; I wore my mom’s wedding dress from 1990. But all that mattered to us was getting married before Jesus and our family/friends. Because it’s the hope and love in the special moments that we share with each other that counts. My husband and I have had to work hard for our life that we have today. This year we could afford the house we wanted, and we have it because we have held on to the hope and love of Jesus!
